At Sabre Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flatware and dinnerware; if your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your Sabre items in their original boxes, ensuring all pieces are protected to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
